After your order is placed and payment is verified, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. These orders will typically be shipped next business day.
All orders are shipped via Fed-Ex.
We're unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Not what you were hoping for? We’re happy to offer returns for up to one year on all products that are new, unused, and still in the original packaging and/or hang tags.
To request a return, simply email email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return. We will create an RMA Number for your reference and to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 14 business days following the receipt of your return for the processing of your refund.
Order the wrong size? We’re happy to offer free exchanges on all products are new, unused, and still have the original packaging and/or hang tags.
To request a free exchange, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you received, and the product you’d like to exchange it for. We will create an RMA Number to reference your exchange then provide shipping labels to send the new, unused product back.
