After your order is placed and payment is verified, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.  This does not include weekends or holidays.  These orders will typically be shipped next business day.

All orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or USPS.

You can always log into your account and check the status of your order.

You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Browning products, but we know sometimes things just don’t work out.  We're happy to offer free returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from your date of purchase on all new, unused/unworn products with their original hang tags and packaging.

 If you need to return or exchange an item, our self-service portal is quick and easy to use!  Visit and follow the instructions below:

Self Service Return/Refund Instructions

Step One: Process Your Return/Refund

    • Enter the order number from your order confirmation email
    • Enter the email address you used when placing your order, click “Return Items”
    • Select the items you wish to return, click “Next”
    • Utilize the drop down menus to select the reason for your return and the quantity being returned, click “Next”
    • Select whether you would like to return for a refund or exchange for a different item
    • Review the return details on the confirmation page for accuracy, click “Confirm” once you’re sure all the details are correct
    • A link to your return label will be sent to your email and appear on screen
    • Click “Print label” OR navigate to your email to retrieve the return label later
    • Save the return request number for your records

Step Two: Package Your Return Shipment

    • Package your item in the original packaging or any plain cardboard box
    • Tape the printed return label on the package and drop-off at the designated carrier
