WHAT IS BROWNING?

Inspired by Finn’s adventure down the Mississippi, Huckberry is a place where wild adventures come to life in the brands, products, and content we feature. But let’s be realistic, we also crave the sophistication and class of the big city. The best of both worlds. We hunt for the stories in the wild and city alike, bringing them to the brands we feature, words of our journal, and design of the site. Huckberry is a source of gear and inspiration for adventure in the great wide world, and we sure hope to see you out there.

WHAT TYPE OF APPAREL DO YOU FEATURE ON BROWNINGLIFESTYLE.COM?

Since we live in the city but play in the great outdoors, we're after versatile apparel that blends performance and fashion. Whether we're featuring a button-down or a rucksack, it has to be durable enough to survive a trail ride, yet stylish enough to be worn to a weekend brunch with friends.

HOW DO BROWNING.WEAR SALES WORK?

Each week, our members receive one to two editions of Huckberry highlighting brands, product, and content that will be on Huckberry for the upcoming week, including stocked and featured items. Stocked products live on the shelves of the Huckberry warehouse constantly. They do not have a limited sale window but hang out on the site indefinitely. With featured products, we either order stock periodically throughout the duration of the sale, or we place our order once the sale has ended. Once the sale is over, we have products ship to our warehouse, then out to you. This is how we keep costs down, avoid waste, and pass the savings onto you — but it usually adds about a week or two to the wait time, since we have to wait for the goods to make it to our warehouse before we send ‘em your way. A few of the featured brands handle shipping and delivery directly, which will be stated the product page.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT FEATURED GOODS

We hustle to negotiate insiders' prices for our members on a curated selection of products, which are available for purchase on our website for 5-7 days. Members are able to grab and reserve the products before they arrive to our warehouse, similar to a pre-sale. At the end of the 5-7 days, the previous edition's offers expire and a new set of brands go live. We are often only able to negotiate a limited quantity of merchandise, so be sure to strike while the iron's hot.

HOW DOES BROWNINGLIFESTYLE.COM NEGOTIATE INSIDER PRICES?

We've worked hard to build a community of discerning members who are interested in living an active life and learning about new brands, products, and ideas. We seek out brand partners who are keen to reach and engage our members in exchange for providing our community with limited-time offers.

ORDERING

WHAT DOES THE TIMER MEAN ON FEATURED SALES?

The timer shows how long the sale will be live and available for purchase on our site. At times we may extend the sale, but usually for Featured Sales the items are only available at that cost and on our site for a limited amount of time.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If the item you’re interested in is sold out, you can sign up to be notified if we get that item back in stock. For products with just one size, you’ll see a button that says “Notify Me” when you land on the product detail page. For products with multiple sizes, select your size from the dropdown menu and then click “Notify Me” and you’re all set.

PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept prepaid gift cards or Paypal as a form of payment.

DOES HUCKBERRY CHARGE SALES TAX?

We currently charge sales tax to members who live in California and Ohio. We are required by law to charge sales tax in the states where we have a physical presence.

PAYING WITH A HUCKBERRY GIFT CARD?

Redeem through the “credits” section of your account here. Your Gift Card’s balance is automatically applied to future purchases. There are no exclusions, and your Gift Card credits never expire.

USING A DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE

If you have a discount code to use, you can put the code during the third step of checkout, listed below the Total. Click on "Have a coupon code?" and enter your discount code. Your total will reflect the discount applied to your order.

Please note that discount codes do not apply on certain items/brands, including but not limited to items that receive credit back. Exclusions will be mentioned on individual product pages.

You cannot use more than one discount or promo code on a purchase.

E GIFT CARDS

DOES BROWNING.WEAR HAVE GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE?

We do! Picking the right gift can be hard, but snagging a gift card sure is easy. We offer E-Gift cards randing from $25-500. Virtual gift cards are delivered via email in the form of a code, which can be applied directly to the recipient's account.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In-stock items usually ship within 3-4 business days, while Featured items can have a shipping delay of up to two weeks. Your estimated delivery dates will appear on the checkout page prior to order completion, and are also in the Order Confirmation Email you’ll receive shortly after your purchase. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order ships.

RETURNS

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your Huckberry experience, so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. Final Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges.

Some items are not returnable to Huckberry but are returnable to the original supplier (mattresses, desks, etc). Those items will be clearly marked as “Returnable to Supplier” on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails.

PURCHASING A GIFT ON HUCKBERRY

DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING?

At the time being we are unable to provide gift wrapping for orders.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT MESSAGING?

We do! Once you place the item(s) in your cart and proceed to the checkout page, you will be able to enter your gift message in the first step listed below the shipping details. Please click the link "Include a gift message?" to enter the recipient name, your name and the message you would like included in the shipment. The message will be printed on the packing slip and placed in the package.

DO YOU LIST PRICES ON THE PACKING SLIP?

Orders are shipped with a packing slip that includes the order number and items included in the shipment. We do NOT list prices or payment information on the packing slip in case the order is a gift.

HUCKBERRY REFERRAL PROGRAM

HOW DOES THE BROWNINGLIFESTYLE.COM REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?

You can earn Huckberry credit by inviting your buddies — you will receive $20 Huckberry credit once they make their first purchase of at least $25 or over (not $24.98) before taxes, and they will receive $10 credit upon sign up.

Please note in order for both parties to receive credit, the referred must sign up using the buddy link created by the referrer.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO REFERRAL CREDIT?

You can invite as many friends as you want, but they must be personal referrals — no mass emailing or public posting of your referral link. For folks who are referred through these links, we will not be able to honor the referral credit.

And although self love is great, please do not refer yourself. Any self-referrals will result in all credits being removed and any extra accounts will be deleted. See our terms and conditions for full details.

DO CREDITS EXPIRE?

Credits for returned merchandise do not expire. All other credits, including credits received from inviting friends, expire one year from date of issue. Go to Account Credits to see your current balance.

PRICE MATCHING

DO YOU PRICE MATCH SALES FROM OTHER RETAILERS?

If within seven (7) days of your Huckberry purchase, you find the same item sold for a lower price by a different online retailer, Huckberry will match that advertised price. Please email support@huckberry.com to verify an eligible price match. Our policy requires:

  • Price match must be on item of identical style, size, and color.
  • The item must be first quality.
  • The retailer's promotions must be publicly visible on their site for verification.
  • The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.
  • The retailer's price must be published in U.S. dollars.
  • Huckberry does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.
  • During Huckberry promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a Huckberry promotion, but not a combination of both.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

DO YOU HONOR PRICE ADJUSTING FOR SALES AND PROMOTIONS ON HUCKBERRY?

If a previously purchased item is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, Huckberry will adjust the price of an item, once. To verify a price adjustment, please email support@huckberry.com.

  • Include your original order number with your request.
  • Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

FLINT AND TINDER 10-YEAR GUARANTEE

Every stitch tells a story. As the years go on, your hoodie will become more comfortable, recognizable and unique to you.

We've made our ten-year hoodie to last for the next decade, so we'll help you mend it free of charge should life ever get in the way. If your hoodie rips, tears, or otherwise comes apart at the seams, let us know and we’ll work with you to repair it. It's that easy!

WHAT DOES THE 10-YEAR HOODIE GUARANTEE COVER?

Our mending guarantee applies to rips, tears, holes, split seams, and broken zippers. Our guarantee does NOT cover stains or discolorations, or broad fabric damage caused by burns, abrasion, or corrosion.

HOW CAN I REPAIR MY HOODIE?

If your repair needs are covered under the conditions listed above, please email support@huckberry.com and be sure to include a photo showing the damage. Please note all cuff damages will be replaced with black cuffs.

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE?

While turnaround time varies depending both on the volume of repairs and how much mending a particular garment needs, we will try our best to have your hoodie back in the mail to you within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that we will only work on hoodies that have been washed immediately prior to being sent in for repair.
